My name is Stephanie Festejo and I am the founder of Mind.Body.Lifestyle. Together let’s Build Your Mind, Your Body and your Fit Lifestyle.
My brand mission is to lead people to become mentally and physically fit. I teach both men and women how to build a sustainable fit lifestyle by setting daily lifestyle habit goals that will lead them to the health and body of their dreams.
Before we connect, I would like to share my story with you, so you get an understanding of who I was, who I am and the road I traveled on that led me to where I am today. Growing up I struggled with loving myself, had self-image issues, lacked confidence, got made fun of at school and lost my mom when I was 18 years old. Childhood insecurities surfaced… I wasn’t pretty enough. I wasn’t popular enough. I wasn’t strong enough. I was too skinny. I hid my pain behind a painfully forced smile. I hung out with the wrong crowd and as a result found myself living a very unhealthy lifestyle. I partied often, ate very poorly resulting in having a bad relationship with food and drank heavy amounts of alcohol. I had no direction,
purpose and felt very lost in life. I didn’t value myself, my health and did not see my self-worth.
At the age of 18 I decided to get my first gym membership and hire a trainer to help me build a healthier lifestyle. I wanted to feel better about myself and gain more confidence. The gym became my form of escape and my medicine. I didn’t know what to do in the gym so my personal trainer at the time helped me gain structure on how to eat healthy and perform various exercises to help me achieve my goal of wanting to feel good and look good. As my body composition changed, so did my mindset. This was the beginning of a whole new life for me. I quickly fell in love with working out. I saw myself changing from the inside out through making better lifestyle choices and working out. My habits changed and so did my life. My friends became inspired through my changes and often asked me for advice to help them make better life choices. This was when I developed a passion for the lifestyle and wanted to help others achieve their own health and fitness goals. I have been in the Health & Fitness Industry for 11 years. I have helped many women achieve their best self and their best life. It is through the mind and our daily habits that we can begin to build our ideal body and life. I emphasize that health & fitness is a lifestyle that we work consistently on every day. I primarily work with women who want to look and feel good from the inside out. I specialize in muscle building, body sculpting, toning and fat loss.
Through my Mind.Body.Lifestyle Nutrition and Workout Programs, you can expect to develop a strong mindset, build strength in key areas (Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually and Physically), obtain positive lifestyle habits, gain control over your nutrition, practice & perform different workouts and live a better quality of life!
