Hey Friends! My name is Stephanie Festejo aka Coach Steph and I am passionate about helping YOU thrive in your health and in your life!
I had low self-esteem, I had no confidence, I didn’t love myself nor honor my body, I had a poor relationship with food, I worked my body to the ground and overtrained. Experiencing what it felt like to not be in control of my health and body has helped me to become compassionate and wanting to help others on their health journey. From battling hypothyroidism and getting off medication, repairing my food relationship, focusing on fixing my hormones and healing my gut, and getting over obsessing over my body image, I have figured out that mindset and lifestyle habits are essential in order to achieve any health goal. On this journey to achieving my healthiest self, I boosted my confidence, learned to love ME for ME, and re-wired my brain to look at health as a lifestyle.

I am here to help you feel vibrant, alive, healthy, and ready to achieve anything and everything by being your healthiest most radiant self!
There is no dieting, no restrictions, and taking off days from the gym is mandatory.
